Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking a Facilities Management professional to oversee daily operations at our site in BGC, Taguig. The role requires coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient maintenance and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in facilities management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in Facilities Management.
• Willing to work on site and shifting schedules.
• Amenable to work six days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and maintenance to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and issue resolution to maintain asset reliability and minimize disruptions.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, performance evaluations, and procurement activities.
• Monitor inventory levels, oversee supply management, and prepare consumption reports.
• Coordinate with employees, clients, vendors, and property management teams regarding facility-related concerns and access requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, permits, licenses, and ISO documentation standards.
• Monitor facilities management reports, deliverables, and service quality to meet client expectations.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance facilities management operations and service delivery.
• Participate in company meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
