Job summary

Xerox Philippines in Cebu City is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee core processes, drive improvements, and coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies. You will act as a technical consultant, coach, and trainer, handling escalation resolution and ensuring adherence to global policies.

The role requires strong leadership, process governance, and the ability to work with IT, process analysts, and business stakeholders to optimize performance and quality across operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and coach teams across geographies
• Strong governance and process improvement skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio

Responsibilities

• Act as the Operations Lead on core function/shift/geography assigned.
• Provide consultations to internal or external teams requiring technical or process expertise.
• Provide supervisory floor support to operations for business activities and issues.
• Collaborate with other Operations Leads, project managers, and stakeholders to align objectives.
• Conduct initial investigation and root cause analysis for escalations and issues.
• Be the primary escalation contact for the operations managers with stakeholders.
• Identify chronic process and system issues and work with Process Analyst for resolution.
• Work with Tech Ops, Business Applications Support and IT/EBA for timely issue resolution.
• Support governance activities to ensure process adherence and controls compliance.
• Perform quality audits and metrics tracking for process rollouts.
• Conduct User Acceptance Tests for process changes.
