Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Sales Operations Support Manager to lead a diverse team within the Lead to Contracts framework. You will ensure operational effectiveness, drive standard processes, and coordinate with global counterparts to meet targets and KPIs.

The role focuses on developing the team, managing performance, and delivering timely reporting to leadership, while supporting ongoing process improvements and cross-functional collaboration across sales operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven leadership and management experience in Sales/Operations/BPO.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and multi-disciplined teams.

Responsibilities

• Drives operational effectiveness in daily team execution.
• Oversees diverse functions supporting sales teams and country operations.
• Adopts standard processes and tools; supports process improvement initiatives.
• Manages and analyzes team performance to meet targets and SLAs.
• Provides timely reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
• Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Leads hiring, onboarding and staff development for the team.
