Xerox Philippines seeks an Operations Lead to coordinate day-to-day processes, coach teams, and ensure quality across the organization. You will act as a primary escalation point, analyze escalations, and collaborate with IT and business partners to implement improvements.

The role requires a BA/BS in a related field, supervisory experience, and at least 2 years in data analysis and process execution with ERP tools. On-site role in Cebu City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years operational experience in data analysis and delivering operations via technology solutions.
• Experience with ERP and process governance is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with international stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as the Operations Lead on core function/shift/geography assigned.
• Provide consultations to internal or external teams requiring E2E expertise.
• Provide supervisory floor support to operations and assist the operations manager.
• Collaborate with other Leads, project managers, and stakeholders to align objectives.
• Conduct root cause analysis for escalations and operational issues.
• Identify chronic process issues and drive resolution with Process Analysts.
• Support governance to ensure process adherence and controls.
• Perform quality audits and metrics tracking for new rollouts.
• Conduct User Acceptance Tests for process changes.
