Xerox Philippines is seeking an Operations Manager to run day‑to‑day operations of its business unit(s) in Cebu City, ensuring performance against KPIs and cost efficiency. You will lead initiatives to optimize processes, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

The role requires strong leadership, project management skills and a focus on delivering excellent service to customers and partners within a global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• College degree, minimum of 5 years management experience from an IT-BPM, BPO and Shared Services company.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Familiar and drives use of digital tools.
• Has a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilités

• Supports Global Execution Lead and Site Process Lead in defining performance metrics and governance.
• Executes and manages day-to-day work order management activities.
• Manages and drives resolution of customer and partner escalations.
• Governs operational KPI and reviews internally and to stakeholders.
• Drives process improvement projects in collaboration with the process team.
