Job summary

Xerox Cebu City is seeking an Operations Lead to manage core function shifts and geography, delivering expert consultations and supervising daily operations. This role drives process governance, identifies improvement opportunities, and coordinates with project managers and stakeholders to align with business objectives.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of operational data analysis experience, strong leadership, and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years operational experience in data analysis/management and the delivery of operations through technology solutions including ERP.
• Experience with transactional operations execution to defined service level agreements and quality.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Sound administrative skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Operations Lead on core function/shift/geography assigned.
• Provide consultations to internal or external teams requiring technical, process, or end-to-end expertise.
• Provide supervisory floor support to operations and assist the operations manager in all operational aspects.
