Job summary

FlowerStore.ph is seeking fresh graduates or experienced professionals who are passionate about solving complex challenges in a hyper-growth e-commerce ecosystem, to join us as a Junior Business Operations Associate. This role is based in our Mandaluyong office.

You will identify opportunities, build cross-functional consensus, and develop frameworks to drive efficiency and cost reduction, while supporting strategic decisions across functions.

Qualifications

• Major in Industrial Engineering or any business-related field.
• Knowledge in project, operations and logistics management.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite with emphasis on Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create opportunities for developing business models, organizational design and cross-functional initiatives to drive long-term business sustainability.
• Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making with leadership audiences.
• Develop and utilize frameworks to help structure the team’s thinking, drive visibility, and facilitate alignment.
• Identify and implement cost reduction measures.
• Improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize to promote effective and efficient business operations.
• Build the outline for the analysis behind company-wide strategic decisions related to all functions.
• Identify and implement new initiatives with all departments to develop and launch new initiatives.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
