Job summary

The candidate will coordinate travel, validate worker training and documentation, and support growth through business development and client service excellence.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor with strong background in land-based manpower agency operations, recruitment, placement, deployment, client management, and DMW/POEA compliance. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, manage client relationships, support recruitment and deployment activities, and ensure compliance with DMW and immigration requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Company's day-to-day operations
• Lead recruitment, placement, and deployment activities
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, industry professionals, and government agencies
• Manage and maintain client accounts and address client concerns
• Ensure proper processing of Job Orders, documentation, attestation, verification, and licensing requirements
• Monitor compliance with DMW/POEA regulations and immigration requirements
• Supervise travel arrangements and deployment of workers to ensure safe and timely arrival
• Ensure deployed workers meet required training, documentation, and employment standards
• Support marketing, business development, and account acquisition initiatives
• Monitor organizational needs and workforce requirements

About you

• Extensive experience in facilities administration and local operations leading to the deployment of Filipino workers
• Experience in managing a land-based manpower/recruitment agency
• Familiar with DMW/POEA rules, regulations, and processes
• Experienced in interviewing, recruiting, and managing personnel
• Strong background in placement and deployment of Filipino workers
• Knowledgeable in Job Order registration, verification, attestation, documentation, and licensing processes
• Experienced in client management, account maintenance, and business development
• Strong understanding of immigration and deployment procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work closely with management, clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders
