Qualifications

• Experience in land-based manpower agency operations and deployment.
• Proven ability to recruit, place and deploy workers efficiently.
• Knowledge of DMW/POEA rules, licensing, and documentation processes.
• Strong client management and account maintenance abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company.
• Lead recruitment, placement and deployment activities.
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies.
• Manage client accounts and address client concerns.
• Ensure processing of Job Orders, attestation, verification, and licensing requirements.
• Monitor compliance with DMW/POEA regulations and immigration rules.
• Supervise travel arrangements and deployment of workers.
• Ensure deployed workers meet training and employment standards.
• Support marketing and business development efforts.
• Monitor organizational staffing needs.
