Job summary

UpSkill MNL is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Cotabato area cluster. You will ensure timely submission of administrative and commercial reports to the Operations Supervisor and comply with client directives on principal-initiated projects.

You will promote client products in a professional yet friendly manner, train front-liners in product knowledge, and help meet client KPIs while maintaining strong relationships with principals and retail outlets.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate in any field.
• Has experience as a Coordinator in Retail/Merchandising/Promotions.
• Able to use a laptop and MS Office for report creation.
• Able to use Zoom/GMeet or Teams for virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of administrative and commercial reports to the Operations Supervisor.
• Timely compliance with client directives (principal-initiated projects).
• Promote the client's products or services in a professional but customer-friendly manner.
• Train front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills.
• Comply with agreed client KPIs.
• Consolidate and present team performance to company stakeholders, client representatives and the team.
• Attend company, client, and retail outlet-initiated meetings regularly.
• Establish outstanding relationships with the principal and retail outlets.
• Assist in developing the monthly Coverage Plan with respect to team objectives and client priorities.
• Monitor and safeguard all equipment issued to company personnel, client representatives, and retail outlets.
