UpSkill MNL, Inc. is seeking a Coordinator in the Cotabato area to support administrative and promotional activities for client projects. The role focuses on timely reporting, training front-liners, and maintaining strong relationships with principals and retail outlets.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate with experience in retail/promotions coordination, proficient in MS Office/Google Suite, and comfortable with virtual meeting tools like Zoom or Teams.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course.
• Has experience being a Coordinator in any of these: Retail/Merchandising/Promotions
• Able to use a laptop and MS Office for report creation
• Able to use Zoom/GMeet or Teams for virtual meetings

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely submission of administrative and commercial reports to the Operations Supervisor.
• Timely compliance with company and client directives (principal-initiated projects).
• Promote the clients products or services in a professional but customer-friendly Manner
• Train all front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills
• Compliance to agreed client KPIs
• Consolidate and present team performance to company stakeholders, client representatives and to the whole team
• Regularly attends company, client, and retail outlet-initiated meetings
• Establish outstanding relationships with the principal and the retail outlets
• Align with the Operations Supervisor in developing the monthly Coverage Plan with respect to the objective of the team and the priorities of the client
• Monitor and safeguard all the equipment issued to all company personnel, client representatives, and retail outlets.
