Job summary

iCrescere Services Corp is seeking an entry-level Operations/Data support role based in Cebu City, Philippines. You will monitor vessel reporting, ensure timely submission of required reports, and identify data inconsistencies for corrective action.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent English communication. Fresh graduates are welcome, and shipping/maritime knowledge is a plus but not required.

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Background in shipping/maritime operations is a plus but not required.

• Work with cross-functional teams to address data-related concerns.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
