Job summary

A shipping operations company in Cebu City is seeking a detail-oriented individual to monitor vessel reporting and manage operational data. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel is required.
• Proficient in MS Excel (graphs, charts, pivot tables, data validation, simple formulas).
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Background in shipping/maritime operations is a plus but not required.

• Work with cross-functional teams to address data-related concerns or issues.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
