Job summary

Global Payments Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Analyst II to join our Technical Operations team and help shape the future of global commerce.

You’ll support the administration of reports and predictive tools that drive performance and scheduling decisions for production files. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in IT or business, typically with 2 years of relevant experience in IT or the bankcard industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business related field.
• Typically minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Information Technology field and/or bankcard industry experience.
• Bonus: CA, BMC or IBM suite of products experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating business metric reports across mainframe and distributed environments.
• Develop and maintain predictive models to optimize scheduling and production file coordination.
• Administer automation products and maintain data and spreadsheet reporting.
• Provide training to production teams and gather data for trending, decisioning, and reporting for go-lives.
• Identify run-time tuning opportunities and work with teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Provide operational support for business continuity and conversion activities.
• Maintain clear communication with internal partners on critical issues.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business related field
