Job summary

The role emphasizes accurate data processing and secure system access. You will collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and Technology teams to resolve issues, strengthen controls, and improve processes, with full training to develop expertise in Kyriba and related treasury platforms.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a support/operations/shared-services role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office; able to learn new systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset; able to work in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate account, mandate, signatory, and supporting documentation for timely processing and controls.
• Monitor interfaces, activities, and data feeds to identify issues and support reliable treasury operations.
• Maintain user permissions and records to support governance and business continuity.
• Analyze problems, provide timely updates, and collaborate with teams to minimize disruption.
• Document processes and identify improvements to increase accuracy, consistency, and scalability across Global Treasury.
