NCS Philippines is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with a banking background for our Makati City team. The role bridges business requirements with technical solutions in the financial services space.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, deep knowledge of banking operations and compliance, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement secure, efficient banking systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in banking/financial services.
Solid understanding of banking systems, operations and financial products.
Proven experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis.
Knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory requirements (BSP, ISO, information security).
Proficiency with systems analysis tools such as UML, Visio, and BPMN.

Responsibilities

Analyse complex banking systems to identify inefficiencies and security gaps.
Gather and document detailed business requirements from banking stakeholders.
Translate requirements into clear technical specifications for developers and infra teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design banking solutions.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for system enhancements.
Develop system documentation including data models and process flows.
Test and validate implementations to meet banking standards and client needs.
Support system optimization and maintenance initiatives.
Participate in project planning and estimation for banking tech initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
