• 4–7 years of process improvement or continuous improvement experience at operational level.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of approved process optimization initiatives at the operational level.
• Conduct process mapping, time studies, root cause analysis, and data collection to identify inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support change management with training, communication, and user adoption of new processes.
• Identify automation and system enhancements and recommend them to management.
• Provide coaching and technical support to strengthen continuous improvement capabilities.
• Prepare documentation and progress reports for management review.
