Job summary

Legal Management Group is seeking a Process Improvement Coordinator to lead operational excellence initiatives across the organization. You will identify inefficiencies, analyze processes, and implement scalable solutions, using data to drive continuous improvement.

You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to standardize processes, develop performance metrics, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Operations, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Experience developing operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design and refine scalable workflows to boost efficiency.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives from planning to implementation.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and gaps.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership insights.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness.
• Present data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Establish best practices and standardized processes across departments.
• Measure impact of improvements and propose enhancements.
• Promote a culture of accountability and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes with workflow tools.
• Collaborate with tech teams to implement system enhancements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across business applications.
• Train employees on new processes and best practices.
