Grace Global Business Services (GBS) in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Project Manager, Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement to lead high-impact initiatives from inception to completion, guiding cross-functional teams with substantial budgets and complex scopes.

You will drive process excellence across GBS, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving to deliver measurable productivity, cost, quality, and customer-satisfaction gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of Project Management & Continuous Improvement experience.
• Experience in Shared Services, GBS, or BPO environment.
• PM/Lean Six Sigma certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end execution using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, resources, budgets, and forecasts.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain high-quality standards across milestones.
• Lead transitions into GBS and manage knowledge transfer & documentation.
• Drive CI initiatives and track benefits realization.
