Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking a Business Process Consultant - Operational Excellence to lead initiatives that improve operational performance and workflows. The role focuses on analyzing current processes, identifying gaps, and implementing sustainable improvements aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate has a background in BPO or service-based process improvement and practical experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations consulting or business transformation, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate workflows and procedures to identify improvement areas.
• Lead or support process improvement projects from start to finish.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen to redesign workflows and reduce waste.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions with stakeholders.
• Develop SOPs, process docs, KPIs, and training materials.
• Track metrics and analyze results for sustainability of improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation projects.
