Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding Manila seeks an Operational Excellence Expert to enhance performance, governance, and service quality across GSC Manila. You will partner with leaders to execute First Choice methodologies and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards (Power BI), managing CAPAs, and delivering measurable benefits through cross-functional programs. The role emphasizes training and capability building for sustainable excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operational excellence, quality management, or process governance.
• Demonstrated data analysis, stakeholder facilitation, problem-solving, and improvement project experience.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive adherence to target operating models, policies, SOPs, governance, and customer commitments.
• Identify risks, performance gaps, and process improvements across operations.
• Lead governance reviews and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
• Monitor CAPAs and ensure timely completion of corrective actions.
• Conduct quality audits and service fulfilment reviews to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to support governance and decision-making.
