Job summary

The role involves coordinating with clients and suppliers, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety standards, planning manpower, and reporting on operations.

• Oversee daily cold storage and warehouse operations.
• Manage and supervise warehouse and operations staff.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and delivery activities.
• Ensure proper temperature control and product handling.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Plan manpower and work schedules based on operational requirements.
• Monitor equipment and facility conditions and coordinate maintenance when needed.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and delays.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, drivers, and internal departments.
• Monitor operational costs and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare daily and periodic operations reports.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed.
• Train, guide, and evaluate operations personnel.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
