Job summary

Readyman, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at our facility. You will supervise receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading, and dispatching while ensuring safety, efficiency, and accuracy in inventory management.

The ideal candidate will monitor staff performance, enforce FIFO/FEFO practices, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement improvements to maintain high standards of housekeeping and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading, and dispatching.
• Monitor warehouse personnel and ensure proper manpower allocation and work assignments.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular monitoring, cycle counts, and physical inventory.
• Maintain proper FIFO/FEFO procedures and ensure products are stored safely and appropriately.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, attendance, and employee performance.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, Inventory, and other departments regarding warehouse concerns.
• Monitor the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, tools, and materials.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving inventory, deliveries, damages, and operational issues.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports and other required documentation.
• Implement measures to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and housekeeping.
• Ensure proper 5S and housekeeping within the warehouse area.
• Train and orient new warehouse personnel regarding procedures, safety, and work standards.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management.
