Responsibilities

• Document patient interactions accurately in EHR systems.
• Escalate critical cases and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and medication-related queries or renewals.
• Communicate relevant patient information to healthcare providers and stakeholders.
