Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical tele-triage and assess patient symptoms remotely.
• Provide health education and guidance on symptom management.
• Direct patients to the appropriate level of care, including ER, urgent care, or primary care.
• Document patient interactions accurately in EHR systems.
• Escalate critical cases and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
