Job summary
The Hird Corp. in Quezon City is seeking a Trainer for on-site delivery with 2+ years of BPO/training experience. You will conduct new hire training, facilitate classroom and virtual sessions, and coach trainees to meet performance goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Experience handling Social Media account training is an advantage; applicants from other lines of business are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
