Job summary

The Hird Corp. in Quezon City is seeking a Trainer for on-site delivery with 2+ years of BPO/training experience. You will conduct new hire training, facilitate classroom and virtual sessions, and coach trainees to meet performance goals.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication, coaching and presentation skills, and are willing to work shifting schedules. Competitive salary with allowances and health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Experience handling Social Media account training is an advantage; applicants from other lines of business are encouraged to apply.
