Caldwell Communications in Quezon City is seeking a Technical Support Representative to assist customers with technical concerns related to software, hardware, and connectivity. This onsite, full-time role offers a monthly salary of up to ₱26,000 and requires at least 3 months of BPO or call center experience.

You will perform step-by-step troubleshooting, document actions, and escalate complex issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of BPO or call center experience.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide technical troubleshooting for software, hardware, and connectivity issues
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and simple manner
• Resolve service-related and technical concerns efficiently
• Document issues and resolutions in the system
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed
• Maintain high-quality customer service and meet targets
