Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• No BPO or call center experience required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical and service concerns
• Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and internet issues
