Job summary

Caldwell Communications in Quezon City is seeking a Technical Support Representative to assist customers with technical and service concerns. Training is paid from Day 1 and this is a full-time onsite role.

You will troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and internet issues, provide step-by-step guidance, document problems and resolutions, and escalate complex concerns while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate required.
• No BPO or call center experience required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
