Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
Document and track all support requests and resolutions in a timely manner
Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
Train and support users on new systems and technologies
Maintain and update systems and networks to ensure smooth operation
Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to management
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
