Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will provide Level 2 support for hardware, software, networks, and system issues, ensuring timely resolution across desktops, servers, and VPNs.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex incidents, configuring workstations, guiding Level 1 staff, and maintaining thorough documentation. Ideal candidates have strong AD/Exchange, Office 365, and networking skills.

Qualifications

Experience troubleshooting and resolving core services for Desktop OS (Windows 7/8/10/11, MacOS) and Server OS (2008 R2+, 2012-2022).
Solid networking foundation: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
Experience with Active Directory (on-prem/Azure) and Microsoft Exchange (on-prem/Online).
Strong knowledge of Office 365 including SharePoint Online, AzureAD, and Exchange Online.
Understanding of DNS hosting and management.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 technical support for escalated hardware, software, network, and system issues with timely resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents involving desktops, laptops, OS, applications, VPN, connectivity, and peripherals.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, applications, user accounts, and IT equipment for end users.
Investigate recurring technical issues and identify root causes to prevent future incidents with proper documentation.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Level 1 Helpdesk Specialists while prioritizing tickets by urgency.
