Job summary

PRO-SOLUTIONS TECHNOLOGIES CO is seeking an on-site Installation/Support Technician in the Philippines. The role involves configuring software, hardware and network systems at client locations, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues on-site.

You will train school staff and maintain detailed visit records. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related, basic networking knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Patient, reliable and customer-service oriented.
Ability to document technical issues clearly and accurately.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a four-wheeled vehicle and/or motorcycle.

Responsibilities

Install and configure software, hardware and network systems at client locations.
Perform routine maintenance, updates and troubleshooting of installed systems.
Diagnose and resolve software, hardware and network issues on-site.
Provide training and guidance to school staff on using the installed systems.
Maintain detailed records of on-site visits and resolutions.
