Formación

• 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership.
• Experience in IT/BPO sectors preferred.
• Strong project and change management skills.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows across recruitment and HR operations.
• Organizational Development: Design training to enhance recruiter capabilities and stakeholder management.
• Stakeholder & Employer Management: Build relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Analytical Decision-Making: Analyze recruitment metrics and HR data to guide decisions.
