Job summary

Qualfon Philippines is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end hiring to meet staffing requirements. This role focuses on delivering timely, cost-effective hiring while maintaining quality through structured recruitment processes, data-driven strategies, and continuous improvements, and supports onboarding readiness.

You will lead recruitment operations, headcount fulfillment, cost management and reporting, tracking metrics such as on-time hiring, hit rate and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 6 months of recruitment experience (volume hiring preferred).
• Willing to render paid overtime when needed.
• Open to shifting and flexible schedules.
• Comfortable working onsite and engaging with candidates in person.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day recruitment, selection and placement processes.
• Ensure staffing procedures align with company and client requirements.
• Review and update recruitment processes, implementing improvements where necessary.
• Develop sourcing plans to meet application and hiring targets.
• Monitor cost per hire and expenses related to sourcing activities.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to improve performance.
• Track on-time hiring, hit rate, cost per hire, and conversion rate.
