Job summary

MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is seeking a motivated Studio Assistant to join onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. You will manage daily studio administration, member accounts, scheduling, and reporting, ensuring accurate data and smooth operations across two locations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, initiative, and excellent service as you support instructors, members, and studio managers using Mindbody, Axle, NetGym and related systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and studio operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Mindbody, Axle and NetGym and able to manage calendars and emails.
• Able to handle responsibilities across two locations and coordinate with managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day studio administration and record-keeping.
• Support member queries and processing of accounts in Mindbody/Axle.
• Maintain class schedules and coordinate changes across systems.
• Prepare weekly operational and studio reports for management.
• Assist marketing and community activities and event coordination.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for instructors.
