Job summary

Focus Point Pte Ltd is seeking a Studio Manager / Planner to lead planning, scheduling, and guest experiences at our studio. The role focuses on coordinating projects with the Studio Director and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.

You will be the friendly first contact for members and visitors, handle memberships and billing inquiries, and help nurture a warm studio culture. Evening/weekend flexibility is required to align with class schedules.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in studio management, hospitality, retail or similar.
• Great communicator with calm demeanor under pressure.
• Naturally organized with a love for calendars and inbox management.
• Familiarity with scheduling/booking software (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Report to Studio Director for planning and strategy.
• Develop projects/campaigns/workshops with Studio Director.
• Deliver planning strategies to Operations and Marketing for execution (Singapore & Thailand).
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and with quality.

• Help build a warm, inclusive studio culture.

We're looking for a Studio Manager / Planner to be the heartbeat of our space - someone organized, warm, and genuinely excited about creating a great experience for our members and trainers alike.

What You'll Do

• Report to Studio Director for planning and strategy.
• Develop Projects/Campaign/workshops/gathering with Studio director
• Delivery Planning strategy to Operation Executive and Marketing Executive for execution (Singapore & Thailand).
• Ensure all Projects are delivery timely with quality
• Be a friendly first point of contact for members, new visitors, and trainers
• Handle basic admin: memberships, billing questions, and front-desk operations
• Help build a warm, inclusive studio culture that keeps people coming back

What We're Looking For

• 1-3+ years in studio management, hospitality, retail, or a similarly people-facing role
• Great communicator - calm under pressure, warm with people
• Naturally organized - you love a good calendar and a clean inbox
• Comfortable with basic scheduling/booking software (we'll train you on ours)
• A genuine interest in yoga, wellness, or fitness (bonus if you have a practice of your own!)
• Flexibility to work some evenings/weekends around class schedules
• Knowledge in marketing and project management will be preferred
• Positive Mindset and attitude to drive the studio direction
