Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Rostering Coordinator or similar role.
• Functional knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in disability work is a plus.
• Proficiency with Easy Employer rostering platform is a plus.
• Functional knowledge of MYOB is a plus.
• Strong verbal/phone communication skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Commitment to company values and participant rights.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in rostering.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rosters for Direct Support Staff meeting guidelines, availability and participant needs.
• Support Direct Support Staff while performing duties as needed.
• Ensure all service delivery components are managed and compliant.
• Keep rosters cost-effective and resources well-used.
• Liaise with HR Manager for staffing resources as needed.
• Keep rostering data accurate and updated daily.
• Ensure rostered services meet performance standards.
• Ensure shifts align with participants’ plans and award provisions.
• Minimise financial loss through efficient service delivery.
• Maintain a healthy and safe work environment; participate in training.
