Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management in Manila is seeking a Sales Trainer to empower our B2B SaaS and logistics teams. This onsite role trains new hires and existing reps while contributing to revenue through outbound calls.

You design curricula, run onboarding programs, and conduct regular upskilling sessions. You’ll track performance, collaborate with Sales Ops and Product, and help close deals by coaching the sales force.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience.
• Experience as Sales Rep/Account Executive/BDR in outbound environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Deep knowledge of the full B2B sales lifecycle.
• Ability to coach live calls and respond to objections.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and improve the Sales Training curriculum for new hires.
• Lead onboarding training programs (min one month) before Operations endorsement.
• Conduct regular upskilling sessions on product updates and sales process improvements.
• Assess trainee performance and provide coaching.
• Track completion, scores, and readiness; report to Sales leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Product to update training materials.
• Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training interventions.
• Conduct outbound calls when no training is scheduled.
• Work with prospect lists to support pipeline generation.
• Maintain accurate CRM logs and disposition data.
