Wing AI is seeking an Onsite Recruiter who will represent our brand throughout the hiring process, conducting high-quality, in-depth interviews both virtually and in person. This role requires strong executive presence and professional interaction with candidates and hiring managers.

You will collaborate with managers to understand role requirements, evaluate candidate communication and professionalism, and maintain a superior candidate experience aligned with our values.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of interview experience beyond basic pre-screening.
• Strong executive presence in virtual and in-person settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent the brand.
• Proven ability to assess candidates holistically for role fit.
• Experience in quality-driven recruitment (non-volume hiring preferred).
• Background in BPO recruitment is acceptable if paired with depth.

We are looking for an Onsite Recruiter who will serve as a key representative of our brand throughout the hiring process. This role requires strong executive presence, refined communication skills, and the ability to conduct high-quality, in-depth interviews that go beyond basic screening. The ideal candidate is someone who treats every interaction—whether virtual or in-person - with professionalism and intent, and is capable of delivering a 1:1, quality-driven hiring approach rather than volume-based recruitment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct structured, in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit across skills, experience, and role requirements




• Match candidates to specific hiring needs with a strong focus on quality and precision




• Represent the company brand with professionalism in all candidate interactions (virtual and onsite)




• Evaluate candidate communication style, professionalism, and overall readiness for client-facing roles




• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring expectations




• Maintain high standards in candidate experience, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values




• Provide clear and structured interview feedback and hiring recommendations
