Job summary

Wing is seeking a Staffing Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition Team in Manila. You will source, interview, and assess candidates across industries to match top talent with client needs, while maintaining an efficient ATS and candidate experience.

This full-time, remote role offers a starting monthly salary of ₱16,000–₱20,000 with room for negotiation, inclusive culture, and training opportunities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and grow with Wing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in recruitment or HR admin is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written English communication with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and sourcing tools.
• Screen candidates to ensure role fit and qualifications.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for urgent and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on missed appointments.
• Track assessments and required documents; keep ATS up to date.
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates and answer questions.
• Assist recruiters and hiring managers to meet timelines and goals.
• Prepare reports on candidate engagement and pipeline status.
• Identify improvements in sourcing and compliance processes.
