Our Clients is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for plant operations, including production, maintenance, engineering, QA/QC, warehousing, and supply chain roles at our Cabuyao, Laguna plant. The role emphasizes sourcing and assessing candidates to build a reliable pool of qualified technical talent for the plant.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with technical and plant-based hiring, and familiarity with PRC-licensed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years recruitment experience, preferably handling technical plant hiring within food and beverage, manufacturing, or FMCG.
• Understanding of plant-based roles such as production, maintenance, QA/QC, engineering, warehousing, and supply chain.
• Familiarity with technical licenses and certifications, including PRC-licensed engineers and TESDA National Certificate holders.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for production operators, technicians, engineers, QA/QC personnel, plant supervisors, and supply chain roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, technical schools, TESDA centers, LGU/PESO partnerships, local job fairs, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical competencies, relevant experience, licenses, and certifications.
• Coordinate trade tests and technical assessments with line supervisors.
• Build and maintain a pool of prequalified candidates for recurring plant requirements.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and candidate pipeline reports to plant managers.
