Lanco Nutritech Corporation in Padre Garcia, Batangas, is seeking a Plant HR and Talent Acquisition Officer on a full-time basis to lead recruitment and HR operations in our feed mill. You will design recruitment strategies, manage end-to-end hiring, build a talent pipeline, and collaborate with leaders to align staffing with business goals while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• 2–3 years HR/recruitment experience in corporate or manufacturing.
• Proven to recruit across diverse roles and departments.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and recruitment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS and MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

• Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Conduct skills assessments and evaluations for role fit.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Administer HR policies and employee relations across the organization.
• Support employee engagement, orientation, training and development.
• Maintain HR records and recruitment databases with confidentiality.
• Assist with performance management and development planning.
• Coordinate with external recruitment partners, LGUs, TESDA, agencies.
