Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila seeks a P2P Team Lead to drive operational excellence in Procure-to-Pay across eligible countries. You will guide vendor data, AP processing, payments, month-end close, and vendor queries to ensure timely, accurate financial transactions.

As a leader, you will oversee the GBS P2P Team, distribute workload, manage HR matters, organize team meetings, and coordinate with other teams to resolve issues and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across Procure-to-Pay in-scope countries: vendor master data, AP processing (PO, non-POs, T&E), payments, month-end close, vendor queries.
• Ensure compliance with the Group Financial Manual.
• Implement global standard processes and facilitate continuous process improvements.
• Lead and drive the GBS P2P Team activities: distribute workload, supervise daily operations, manage HR matters (training, leaves monitoring, performance evaluation).
• Act as the escalation point for P2P issues, organize team meetings, and coordinate with other teams to resolve issues and meet deliverables.
• Prepare operational KPIs and performance reports for stakeholders; build and maintain relationships with countries and GPOs.
• Disseminate information to direct reports, schedule regular touchpoints with FSSC Manager and Affiliates, promote work-life balance, and drive a positive environment aligned with Company Values.
• Organize team engagement activities.
