You will manage supplier relationships and drive efficient procurement operations within manufacturing, transport and logistics sectors. The role focuses on maintaining supplier accounts, processing orders and payments, resolving issues, and collaborating with finance and operations to ensure seamless P2P cycles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supplier account management, procurement or related P2P functions.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and P2P cycles.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms (SAP or JD Edwards) and MS Office.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal stakeholders.
• Professional certification in procurement or supply chain (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing, transport or logistics is advantageous.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled AU - P2P Supplier Account Management professional to join TATA Consultancy Services (Philippines) Inc. in Angeles City, Pampanga. This is a full-time position working the morning shift, where you will play a crucial role in managing supplier relationships and procurement operations. As part of our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) team, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless supplier account management, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our procurement operations within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain supplier accounts, ensuring accurate records, documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Process purchase orders, invoices and payment transactions whilst maintaining accuracy and timeliness
• Resolve supplier-related issues, discrepancies and escalations in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and provide feedback to support continuous improvement
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including finance, operations and procurement teams to ensure smooth P2P cycle execution
• Monitor supplier compliance with contractual terms and service level agreements
• Maintain supplier databases and ensure data integrity across all procurement systems
• Support the development and implementation of supplier scorecards and performance metrics
• Assist with supplier onboarding and offboarding processes as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in supplier account management, procurement or related P2P functions
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, purchase-to-pay cycles and supplier management best practices
• Proficiency in procurement systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams
• Problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team member
• Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management (preferred but not required)
• Experience in manufacturing, transport or logistics industries is advantageous

Systems

• Expert knowledge of SAP or JD Edwards
• Expert level of proficiency in the following systems: MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Business acumen

• Should have a total 3+ yrs experience in P2P with good communication, organizational, interpersonal skills along
• with proficiency in MS Excel. Should have good level knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP or JDE), experience in
• reporting & compliance, capable of handling stringent timelines while interacting with the stakeholders

Other Requirements

• Candidate should be ready to work in ANZ shift
• Should possess positive attitude to support the business.
• 5 days’ work from office is mandatory.
