Job summary

cxperts is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of the workspace. You will coordinate repairs, manage vendors, and support workplace initiatives to foster a productive environment.

The role covers facilities management, vendor relations, health and safety compliance, space planning, and budget tracking to support day-to-day operations. Graveyard shift availability and onsite work are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in facilities coordination or office management.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Willing to work Graveyard Shift.
• Strong vendor management and safety/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Management: monitor and maintain office facilities, equipment, and common areas for cleanliness and functionality.
• Vendor & Service Coordination: manage relationships with service providers and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance.
• Health & Safety Compliance: ensure adherence to local health, safety, and environmental regulations and report hazards.
• Space Planning & Office Support: assist with office layout planning, seating arrangements, and moves; support facility-related requests.
• Budget & Inventory Management: track facility expenses and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
