SolutionCX in the Philippines is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee countertop projects from initiation to completion, ensuring clear communication among clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams while monitoring schedules, budgets, and quality.

This role requires proven experience in project coordination/management within construction, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work a permanent NIGHT SHIFT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience coordinating construction or countertop projects is desirable.
• Knowledge of construction processes and project documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities to meet schedule and specs.
• Act as primary point of contact between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Review project details, drawings, and requirements before fabrication and installation.
• Update contracts and project records to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in scheduling site visits, measurements, fabrication and installation.
• Monitor progress and prepare status reports for management and clients.
• Track material availability and subcontractor schedules.
• Address RFIs and changes in scope in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with accounting for billing and expenses.
• Support post-installation reviews and resolve client concerns.
• Prepare project estimates and takeoffs from drawings and specs.
