Job summary

cxperts is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of site facilities in a 24/7 BPO environment. You will manage critical systems, coordinate vendors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team, supervise contractors, maintain accurate records, and drive reliability across data center, electrical, HVAC, and infotainment installations while aligning with company KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ECE/ME/EE/CE) and licensed professional.
• Minimum 2 years as Facilities Supervisor in a BPO or 24/7 environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory or people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facilities operations, including HVAC, electrical, UPS, and related utilities.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance to sustain continuous operations.
• Oversee data center equipment installation, operation, and maintenance including security systems (CCTV, DACS, biometrics).
• Manage infotainment systems (TVs, karaoke, gaming equipment) maintenance and testing.
• Coach and supervise direct reports; oversee contractors and vendors to meet scope, time and quality.
• Maintain facilities assets/inventories, participate in safety audits, and drive KPI achievement.
