IntouchCX in Greenhills (Manila) is seeking elite sales professionals for a pilot account. This is a pure client acquisition role focused on driving new business, introducing services, and closing deals onsite at our Greenhills site on a night shift.

You will build a sales pipeline, overcome objections, and aim to meet monthly targets. A strong BPO sales background and excellent English communication are essential, with a welcome bonus and lucrative commissions rewarding top performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of solid Sales experience in a BPO setup.
• Experience in client acquisition or outbound business development (e.g., insurance sales, B2B sales, warranty acquisitions, or cold calling).
• Highly motivated with a strong sales-driven DNA.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication, with ability to persuade decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition by introducing services and closing deals onsite.
