You will master our products, manage high-volume calls and emails, and keep Salesforce and CRM data accurate. Prior BPO outbound sales experience and a self-motivated mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO outbound sales experience.
• Available to start ASAP.
• Proven track record in achieving personal and team sales goals.
• Experience with high-volume calling.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through outbound prospecting and outreach.
• Qualify leads based on BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
• Engage and build trust with prospects while identifying the best solutions for their needs.
